Our unconscious experiences and assumptions drive our conscious actions, driven by lived & learned experience. These can lead us to actions with unintended outcomes and consequences. We have selected this book as an opportunity for self-reflection and which can be helpful in understanding one’s own perceptions and assumptions in relation to LGBTQ+ identity, race and ethnicity.
