This guide for allies aims to give an overview of the issues surrounding LGBT+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace and tips on being an LGBT+ ally. The guide was created by InterInvest member Andrew Lennox, a then-member of InterInvest’s Steering Committee.
Andrew says, “by providing practical advice that can be applied everyday, the guide equips colleagues with some tools and language to create a more supportive and inclusive environment, where everyone feels they can be their true selves at work.”
