Our co-chair, Deon Pillay, has spoken candidly to the International Adviser about his experiences as a gay man working in the financial industry.

Today, he is the head of fund reporting and regulatory change at Legal & General Investment Management, and was one of the first LGBT Great role models.

He sat down with IA as part of their support Pride month to explain how his sexuality has impacted his career.
