I May Destroy You is a comedy drama series written, co-directed and produced by Michaela Coel. Based on her own life experiences, this BBC and HBO series explores consent, race and life as a millennial.

Michaela Coel is a Black British actress, writer, director and producer. She made history creating ‘I May Destroy You’ by becoming the first Black woman to win an Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Limited Series, Movie or Dramatic Special.
