We are delighted to be able to invite you to join us for an hour of complimentary mindfulness.

As part of our series of events shining a light on mental health, we’ve partnered with Quiet & Co to demonstrate how you could decrease your stress levels and improve your wellbeing. The session will be facilitated by Quiet & Co founder, Neil Midgley, who was a corporate lawyer and journalist before starting this journey to providing workplace mindfulness.

What’s involved?

This Taster Session will introduce what mindfulness is – and why it can be help you feel better, work better and get along with people better.

Mindfulness is better practised than talked about. So during the 60-minute session, Neil will invite you to join in with three meditation practices – Mindfulness of Breath and Body, The 3-Step Breathing Space and The Kindness Practice. Audio downloads of the three practices will be available free of charge afterwards, so that you can start to get the benefits of mindfulness straight away.

Neil will also delve into the science showing that mindfulness works, and there’ll be time for questions.

Getting the most out of the session

As best you can, treat the session as if you were coming to an in-person class. Specific guidance can be found on our registration page.
